Poor customer service

I have purchased this apps when it first came out as separated apps. I bought 10 classes at the same time but once they upgrade the app into one app, I’ve trying to resister all my Spanish classes app and it would always fails for all the apps. I could not open the class 2 to 10 and I email them 3 times with no answer or whatsoever. I really wanna purchase the rest of the lessons from 10 to 30 and also advance class but its seem impossible for me right now because I can’t even get the apps I purchased before to work. I even pay for the 10 lessons at 2.99 per class but right now they are selling it cheaper. I email them again last week asking about the problem and about the discount if possible but still no luck no answer. I would not recommend this app to anyone
